More than 60 patients treated at Physiotherapy Camp organized by LPU

Lovely Professional university as an endevour to provide hands on experience to its students and render an economical physiotherapy treatment to the patients chance to serve the patients joins hands with an NGO to provide cost effective treatment to patients in Physiotherapy Camp. Department of Physiotherapy, Lovely Professional University-Phagwara organised a three day treatment camp for patients of adjoining regions in a bid to provide cost effective treatment to them. The camp was organised in collaboration with Blood Bank, Phagwara. A team of 15 students and 4 doctors from LPU remained on duty for the entire duration of camp wherein more than 60 patients were treated for various physical ailments.
For further checkups, LPU had arranged to and fro visit to main clinic in Lovely Campus for the patients by means of a Medical Van. The patients who were further checked up a University campus
Apart from providing a practical exposure to the students, the camp generated a sense of extreme satisfaction of serving the needy and helping relieve people of their physical sufferings, and that also in an inexpensive manner.
